So, Sansar is constantly crashing before I can even log-in. I've tried removing all of my firewalls, run the program as admin, and re-install the program, however it still will not work.
Here are my specs:
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
12 GB of Ram
I am having the exact same issue and am also running the client on an 11th gen Intel i9-11000K.
Have tried uninstalling / reinstalling to client as admin; deleting 'Linden Lab' folder from the install folder; ran a speed test to check my internet connection and have also issued a second support ticket and am waiting for somebody to get back to me.
If you do get this issued fix, please let me know how you've done it and I will do the same.

I have the same problem. Couldn't enter the world today. Client hangs while loading. Yesterday evening I entered, although very slowly and with difficulty. But while working in the workshop, my objects were no longer saved in the inventory. I decided to relog, but I could no longer get inworld. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon.

I have just been able to enter Sansar without any problems. :) This was a temporary problem. I hope you can get into the world again too :)
Hello, here in the south of Brazil, we are not getting (several accounts) access well from the 18th until today 19th of May. And when we manage to enter the scene editing mode, it is not saving. You lose connection to the server. It would be great for this problem to be resolved, as we had scheduled an event for May 20th.

I'm glad to see that some of you have gotten it to work. Unfortunately I'm still having the same issue. The client did update itself, and I was hoping the issue would fix. But still having the same issue.
At first I thought it was my specs, but my computer can handle a lot of games with Ultra-Graphics, including Second Life.

I have the same problem, cannot login. But what's interesting is that my wife can log into her account, on the same computer and in the same client. But she also complains that she cannot load the models and save the changes in the scene. I sent a ticket to tech support about this. Hope they can help us.
Hey guys! I received a response from technical support (they work great, very quickly). Here is the text:
Currently we are experiencing issues with our AWS servers. Sansar is not the only game effected.
We are in the midst of finding a solution and optimizing the servers we have that are stable, but this is a work in progress.
Please check out official discord at discord.gg/sansarofficial for updates as the come in.
We hope to resolve this problem ASAP.

The problem continues. When I manage to enter the worlds through the Sansar Site, it does not load the editing mode at all.
Having the same issue. Also a 11th Gen Intel Prozessor.
the same problem last month :/ We just have wait they resolve this problem :( Here Brazil too
We are talking of different issues here one is the issue of not being able to login. That’s something Sansar sorts out. But the issue mentioned here is the app crashing on startup which is a different issue.
