Friends and People tab blocked

When I click on the Friends and People tab it comes up on the far left side of the screen, behind the menu.  I can't drag it over or hit the X as it's directly behind the GO tab.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, but it's still the same.  Can anyone share if they've had this issue and can resolve it?

  I have the same problem in 2021. Reinstalling the game doesn't help. I don't use VR. Maybe this is the case? If anyone is wondering how to solve this problem, I would be very grateful for the advice.

  When you are not able to reach the window like this below chat-panel is marked in red, you can open settings and reset panel positions.
