Face adjustments are also affecting the rigged hair. With some of the hairs I created, it is pulling apart the faces at the UV seams. The hairs that are breaking were decimated with simplygon.
Above is an example where I moved the eyes down and pulled out the cheeks a bit. The hair is splitting apart.
