Facial Deformations Deforms Rigged Mesh Near the Face

When trying to import mesh with rigged information to the avatar there is an issue where the rigged mesh will deform with custom face deformations. The mesh will be fine when there is no facial deformations made to the default avatar, but once you make changes to the facial features the changes will be applied to the mesh. This is a particular issue and would have work arounds, just wanted to point it out it may help others avoid this issue
