I found the data discs, but I can't touch them for some odd reason.

Harley - Sansar Official comment The Community forums are meant for reports and requests for which you do not need or expect an official answer, and to request help from and share information with other users. If you need more immediate assistance or have questions, please submit a ticket instead.
All of the tickets that the Support Team has received in the past week have been responded to either same or next business day, so if you believe that you have not received a response to a ticket that you submitted, please (1) check My Activities in your account drop-down at help.sansar.com to make sure that your ticket was sent successfully, (2) check your Spam/Junk folder and any other email folders in case the response did not go to your Inbox.
As far as the bugs with the Social Hub quests go, the developers are aware of and have been combating the issue.
Unfortunately, since the bug is caused by random crashes among the scripts that register that the quest step has been completed, it is inconsistent and intermittent. This is why you might find that what (and how much) of the quest works for you has changed as of your next session.
A more permanent fix is slated for our next big update, to which the bulk of our resources are currently going. It is slated to launch next week.
We appreciate your patience. While we definitely want users to be able to enjoy the quests, please feel free to explore other aspects of Sansar in the meantime. You might find your new favorite experience in the in-world Atlas (or through atlas.sansar.com)!

Have you tried again after social hub has been restarted ? -
Night Gryphon I also have this problem. I sometimes can touch one disk right after restarting sansar client but after walking a bit the disks don't respond anymore. The same with avatar scan quest.
I use Oculus Rift CV1 with room scale setup.

hCo After the restart of the client, the quest is still bugged. Can't click (activate) on any of the disks

Lexi Foley It better to tell support here is not really the thing, On Discord you can ask and when also you can Create a ticket , left at your loginname, Contact support ,works with ticket system.

I opened support ticket the same day i wrote my message here. Still no ANY answer to that official support ticket. They even didn't send email confirmation. Also this is official web site support forum so it is expected to be an official way to communicate. But it seems Sansar abandoned their own website.
Regarding discord it is not introduced by Sansar as an official way to communicate. So discord is your personal preference thing nothing more.

DaisyWinthorpe Entering a support ticket works just fine for me. I usually get an answer within a day (besides weekends). Maybe something went wrong Night Gryphon? Check "My Activities" under your account at help.sansar.com. You should see your support ticket there. If you don't, they did not receive it.
And just another thing: Sansar is still beta, and it is FREE. Keep that in mind.
