mesh problem

Hi.

Before this mesh, i uploaded another one (squared) and it was fine, but this one (triangulated) uploading ripped to shreds. Can't seems to understand why, however, i think i had the same problem in SL loooong ago and the problem was a fitmesh skeleton rotation. But here i took freshly uploaded reference file and couldn't ruin skeleton to say so.
