I dont know if theres a suggestions page already but I think it is missing. A page that allows SL community members to suggest things and vote these suggestions would help sansar dev team to understand what community needs. This would also help linden labs to determine the order of priorities.

Galen You actually posted to the "Feature Requests" topic, which is a suggestion page. And people can vote using the little vote buttons next to each post.
