How to get shininess (specular) color?

Hello, I come from Second Life and there is an aspect of texturing I still don't understand. That is how to replicate in Sansar that what in Second Life is called Shininess (specular) color. You see, that colored highlight on a shiny surface, which is independent of the color of the light being cast onto the surface. An example picture below from Second Life:

I am familiar working with Blender. This is how I setup textures for Sansar for a reference sphere:

If it's possible I could not figure out how to get this highlight effect.

Is this colored highlight effect possible in Sansar?
