my computer stalled completely when i tried load there other places seem to be ok but it seems for whatever reason that place crashes me. i had to do a hard reboot to get the pc working again. i noticed it was using 100% of my disk as well when i could see what was going on. this is a repeatable bug btw.

Garth Hi Sarah,
I'm Garth from Sansar Support. Some systems set virtual memory too low when left on automatic. This can lead to this problem sometimes. I'll open a case and help you troubleshoot.
Best,
Garth

Lucy Afarensis I have never been able to go there without crashing. Lately I can't get there at all. I am working with windows 10 and can't find anything about setting virtual memory.

Mark Fjaagesund Hello I have not been able to log into Harvest for the last 3 weeks, I am consistently crashing every time I try to log there. The client crashes when it is loading scene resources, the loading bar wont even get to loading avatar.
I am also not able to get into to 2077. When the client tries to load that experience, it doesn't even make to half way across the bar.
these are my specs

Bluebell - Helper It is not just Harvest, I have trouble loading the "larger" scenes in general, now and then. Sometimes it goes great for days and then I need to clear the Sansar cache to get into those scenes.

Lucy Afarensis I thought I would give it a try since the recent upgrade and nobody was there. No cigar :( Got this after about 5 minutes and the client was frozen.
