Installation error

I tried to install several times:
First in the old partition E: where the recent Sansar client was installed initially. After the updater didn´t work, I loaded the new client down, tried to install... first it uninstalled the old installation automated. OK, then i tried to install with the error,  shown at the picture below.
Then i tried to install as admin at the given path in C:/  , same result. What causes this error

  I have the same problem on W10 since 3 month after import an sansar update.
