Less then 1 minute. and i bumped into this problem.
You want to upload a mesh, so you select import.
Then the import window opens.
But the import menu window does not close.
So it's on top of the import window and hide parts.
Close import menu after Import window is opened.
I'm glad someone else finds it irritating to have to keep closing the menu after making a selection from the menu. I wish they would use the standard File menu bar, and have a separate toolbar for things that actually still need to be buttons like Save, Build and Publish.
Also the uploaded file paths in import window are kept in cash from past object imports. A "clear" button to reset those two fields, would be handy.
The intention is clearly to make it so you can quickly toggle visibility for several things, so it stays open. I recommend a simple(ish) code change. As soon as the user clicks on some other panel outside that drop-down menu, hide it. Then the menu can stay open while you toggle things.
