Strange artifacts and flickering on the standard/emission shader

I'm experiencing strange artifacts and flickering on the standard/emission shader in edit mode and in the beginning/init of an entrance to the experience "Tron Grid Prime Millennium". I'm a bit concerned of this behavior as it's been intensified since the last major update.
