Collision volume (cuboid) not same size at runtime

I scaled the cuboid TV to 4, 4, 0.2. It perfectly encompasses the mesh I imported in the editor, but at runtime it appears to be twice as big as I toss the dynamic object around. Cutting it to 2, 2, 0.2 fixed it at runtime, but it looks half-sized in the editor.

This appears to be new as of the 6/1/2018 update.
