rotation and FPS

In Blender, I have a rotating disc that works nicely when viewed in Blender. it is a simple rotating disc with pictures on. In Blender, I have it set to rotate 360 degrees (i whole turn) over 10 frames and when played, the animation (pictures on the disc) work fine.

If I put this into Sansar, attach the rotation script and set the rotation to 10 on the X axis, the disc rotates but at a different speed to Blender. I've tried pretty much every speed 10, 5, 100, 1000 but although the disc rotates at the rates I set, it looks nothing like the animation in Blender.

is there a difference between Blender and Sansar when it comes to these things?
