YouTube on Media surface not correctly displayed (solved)

Take a look at the picture below. It's from the Help page about Media surfaces at https://help.sansar.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003259666#Formatting and it best displays the problem I have.

If you look at the picture you will notice two big black bars above and below the actual movie. Together they take about 50% of the total available height. In addition the Sansar Logo in the movie as well as the Sansar logo near the bottom to the right, both appear as an oval instead of a round circle.

Unfortunately this is exactly what happens to me too. But in my opinion this is wrong. At least it is not displayed as it is displayed on my Google Chrome browser.

 Using the same URL in Google Chrome the movie fills the whole height. There as a small strip on the right side with a nice round Sansar logo at the bottom of it and the whole screen looks much better.

Is this a bug in Sansar or did I do something wrong? Please tell me, if there is a way to make it better?

Any hints are welcome.

  I had the problem with Blender and finally found a solution by adjusting the UV map.

  I used a plane for my screen. To adjust the UV Map I created a texture of 1920 x 1040 and aligned the UV map to this texture. Finally, in the UV editor I scaled the UV map to 50% on its y-axes.

  I also added a small reduction to the x-axis on the right side. I'm not sure this is necessary but it helped me to fully fit the displayed portion of my movie on my screen.
