MessageAllUsers() works again

Previously, this feature was causing a serious error, but it appears LL has fixed that bug. We should no longer need the hack solution most of us have been using. Here's an example of the method in action:

using Sansar.Script;
using Sansar.Simulation;

public class TestScript : SceneObjectScript {

public override void Init() {
Timer.Create(
TimeSpan.FromMilliseconds(1000),
TimeSpan.FromMilliseconds(1000),
Update
);
}

private void Update() {
ScenePrivate.Chat.MessageAllUsers("Ping");
}

}
