Should be a no-brainer but I thought it prudent to mention it anyway.
Often in interviews Ebbe Linden said the team was striving to make Sansar more "Performant" on a wide variety of devices.
I'm wondering if some of the graphical heavy lifting will make use of Directx12's features?
I've seen in Directx11 games like Fallout 4 the shadows had to be rendered by the CPU and the rest by the GPU...so if you had a strong graphics card but a weak CPU...you got a horrible framerate anyway.
I know there's older or less capable hardware to consider but this is base-level helping hands for them too.
