Store Item I bought was not delivered to my account

I purchased a pair of glasses from Seany Taurog in the Sansar Store for S$25 and it wasn't delivered to my account, but the S$25 was deducted from my account. I've already tried using the redelivery option on my purchase history & it still didn't deliver it to my account. What can I do to the glasses delivered to me? Thanks for any help you can offer on this issue.
