I have seen no copy-written content is to be used,   Does that also apply to playing soundtracks from movies for music via youtube?

  Hey Tyler, it's not "no copywritten content", but rather, no copyright-infringing content — stuff you don't have rights to. So it's OK if you have a license to use it. Our fine print is here.

  In some cases, you may be able to find similar vibes to various movie themes you can license out there, like on https://www.apmmusic.com/ or http://audiojungle.net , to name two. There are also free sites like https://incompetech.com/
