Sansar Forum Documentation should always use Unambiguous, or Reserved Terms

When using this forum as the principle form of Sansar documentation, I frequently find the forum structure hard to follow in terms of the meaning of certain key words. One example is when the term "Knowledge Base" is used to describe a place to find authoritative information, I cannot find that term used in any navigational tool in this forum. I would expect to find it in the top level menu.

When I click on HELP in the top level menu here I think it will take me to the Sansar Knowledge Base. But when I click on HELP, the page I see has no hierarchy.

There seems to be a chaotic structure to the organization of the Sansar product specifications that users would want to search.

  "Community" is a great term to describe a forum where we can share ideas, and where both the support staff and users can contribute.

  "Knowledge Base" should be a reserved term used to describe the area of the Sansar Website which contains only Official Linden Lab product documentation.

  "Documentation" as used in this forum should be changed to a term which clearly describes a space within the forum where users have been asked to submit their Documentation Requests.  --  But that term "Request" conflicts with the term "Request" that we see at the top of the page inviting us to "Submit a Request". It seems to me that the Request that Linden Lab is asking us to submit may be what I have heard often in Office Hours and Product Meetups and emails as: "Submit a Support Ticket."

  Think back and notice how promptly the term "Office Hours" got changed to "Product Meetup" when Public Beta began. It should be equally easy to sort out the use of the words Documentation Request and Support Ticket Request.

  The knowledge base is the stuff on the left, the forums stuff is on the right.
