Coordinate build edit start position with last position of avatar and visa versa

I have done most of my building in opensim where virtual space is not much of an issue and am inclined to work with very large builds. So having to always rez both avatar and build edit at the spawn point is kind of a pain when trying to work with a build that may cover several kilometers. There is a plant that is floating several meters above ground I find when wandering around in avatar mode. When switching to build mode I can't find the damn thing. It would be really great if one could move the spawn point to the avatar's present position so that could deal with what needs to be edited and when returning to avatar mode you would rez where you last edited.. An artist needs to be able to easily put her paint brush where she wants it.
