After updating windows 10 today, I can no longer log into Sansar. Am having the same trouble as Adam Spark, "Sansar is not logging me in today. I click the log in button and it spins for a moment before the client crashes." Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated

Crashes when I try to open an app. Either the avatar app or trying to enter one of the experiences. I have a windows 10 machine that is pretty Vanilla and only 3 weeks old with a GTX 1070 and Driver v384.76.

Same is happening to me. I get to the select an avatar screen and then the program crashes. Also on Windows 10 with a machine that more than meets the spec requirements.
This is usually fixed by running windows updates. We'll create a ticket for you and find the cause.
After another update to Windows 10, still unable to log into Sansar. Am experiencing the same thing as previously stated above. So the Windows 10 update didn't help fix this problem at this time. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There are a number of things that can cause your issue beyond updates. One of our agents reached out to you but maybe you missed the email. If an agent asks for you to try something that you have already tried, just let us know, we try to not overwhelm creators with too many things to try all at once. You can just reopen the ticket and we'll help from there.

Hi David, sorry I didn't see the email, by chance can it be resent? I will definitely try out anything to see if I can get logged back into Sansar. Truly was enjoying my time there as well as creating an experience :)
you could try reinstalling sansar but i figger you allready tryed that.

Same here, crash after log in, I reinstalled and same problem, I reinstalled deleting all sansar traces (appdata) and same. Windows 10 is updated, any ideas? thanks
