I have a gaming laptop that exceeds all of the system requirements yet when I tried to customize my avatar the viewer crashed. So I skipped the customizing and just went to next, tried to go to an experience....crashed. Tried to go to my looks and it crashed again. Help please!

Roxxie Verino Having exactly the same issues. Asus ROG machine, so I know it's capable of handling Sansar. But crash crash crash when I try to do ANYTHING.

Make sure all your windows updates have been run and the same for any video card and directx drivers. We'll open support tickets for you now. Please send in your dxdiag files so we can help you troubleshoot.

Shell Renee I have the same problem and everything on my PC is up to date.... maybe they rushed to open Sansar to the public. I was so excited to get into Sansar. At this point, I would rather spend my time in Second Life. At least I can change my Avatar and go places with no problems. :(

Trip Same problem -- I make it through the login screen and when I try to customize an avatar it just crashes. Where is the dxdiag file located?
