Was tinkering with the scene audio (for video material) and realized while there are coordinates for the audio it does not show where it is in scene that I could see.
I had to track it down by ear to get an idea where its center is. Not sure which direction to go with it without a maniupulator showing.
Maybe I need to click something to show its location?
There isn't yet a way to make a media surface's audio emitter visible (unlike regular emitters and audio volume shapes), but that would be useful!
For the time being, as a workaround, if you place an invisible shape at the same coordinates, that may serve as a visual reminder of where the center is.
Just wanted to make a request because it's terrible. i need to have the setting correct but the audio seems to be wrong.
I use already other object as reference.
Also it's difficult to switch between scene settings and object properties. Because one is override the other window. It would be better if you can have both windows open at the same time.
To make it worse, if you have object properties open and then click scene settings it's closing object properties. scene setting indicate it's still open when you have object properties open it's going off when you click scene settings and close object properties. then you need to click again to open scene properties. And so there more conflicts between both that i cannot describe easy.
Needs to make a video someday about that conflict between scene settings and object properties window.
