Multi-Layer Materials Scale Individually

Currently when using the multi-layer blend mask materials (OpaqueDiffuseMultiLayer, OpaqueTripleLayerDetail) you can scale each face of the mesh object as a whole, but cannot scale each individual texture used on that texture face. I feel like having a per-texture scale option would be useful, since not all material textures are created to the same scale. For example, if you try to combine a grass texture which is taken from a few meters above the surface of the grass with a sand texture that is taken about a foot above the sand, your sand will appear awkwardly large in comparison to the grass.
