Collision Mesh + Movements

How I can make a dynamic item with a "non static" collision mesh?

... like "linked"parts as a door to open... or the robot with legs and head linked to the body inside the toy room of Sansar Studios... or windmill and gear movements in the Colossus place?

I think I need bones probably... but if someone have suggestions thank you in advance :)
