Avatar reference files

The files in this article may be used as a reference when creating clothing, avatars, and animations for Sansar.

Avatar shape (no skeleton)

Default avatar shape (mesh) with no skeleton. Use these as a reference for positioning avatar clothing and attachments.

Avatar skeleton

These are Sansar's avatar skeletons without the associated skin (avatar shape). Use these when creating custom avatars.

Note: When exporting custom avatars from Blender, note that the default settings must be changed. See Exporting custom avatars from Blender for exact settings details.

Avatar shape and skeleton

These files include both the avatar shape and skeleton, but only look best when imported into their respective 3D modeling tools:

Reference poses

"Low resolution" animation skeletons for creating animations

The following skeletons are less detailed but are suitable for creating custom animations (not avatars). For more information, see Using our animation skeleton to create custom animations:
