Resolved known issues from previous release/s

• Added a limit to the maximum length of a media URL when overriding media streams through script. The maximum URL length is now 2,000 characters. 
• Updated "Remember me" so that users can still log in with the saved credentials even after using Twitch to log in.
• The people app should now list all friends, instead of showing only some friends. 
• Scripts using SubscribeToScriptEvent should no longer crash.
