It is possible to make an object larger or smaller than its original size. To scale an object while editing a scene:
- Select the object in the scene, either by clicking it or by selecting it from the Scene Objects panel.
- Make sure the Properties panel is open. If it is not, open it by choosing Tools > Properties from the menu bar.
- In the Properties panel, in the Scale field, enter a value by which to scale the object. A value of 1.0 is the object's original size. Smaller values scale the object down, and larger values scale the object up. The value must be positive.
Alternatively, you may also click and drag the white handles that appear over the object once it is selected.
